Telstar Manufacturing Corporation

The company was established in January 1998, formed by the integration of Rhea Manufacturing Corporation (the manufacturing arm of Philusa Corporation) and Apollo Chemicals, Inc. Rhea Manufacturing Corp. was established in 1975 while Apollo Chemicals started in 1972. Both are subsidiary companies of the Mercury Group of Companies, Inc. and are manufacturers and re-packers of Pharmaceutical/Consumer products. Both of the companies’ products are distributed by Philusa Corporation.
