NBR Medical Group, Inc. was established in 2012, when founder Dr. Noemi Bautista, a Dermatologist and Internist, decided to extend her clinically tested and dermatologically formulated skincare and cosmetics products to the local market. For the past 12 years, Dr. Noemi has been in a clinic-centered environment catering personally to patients with skin problems. She was personally prescribing her own medically formulated skincare creams and lotions to her patients. This culminated into a pioneering skincare formulation, compounding and development of effective, less expensive and dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic cosmetics and skincare product lines.
