The said corporation was envisioned as a business expansion program of Community Drug and Grocery and Laiza Supermarket which are owned and managed by Mr. And Mrs. Diego L. Losloso. On May 15, 2000, Laicom Sales and Promotions, Inc. was born. Its corporate existence was officially recognized upon the issuance by the Securities and Exchange Commission of its Certificate of Incorporation. Subsequently , the same Corporation secured the necessary business permits and licenses to operate and do business at Santiago City.
