Worldwide Market Genius, Inc. (WMGI) was incorporated by the Philippines’ Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2002. Its commercial operations, however, started much later in 2005. Under the company’s amended charter approved on November 18, 2006, WMGI has been authorized to expand its business activities to cover the following business segments: • Importation, Distribution and Export of Chemicals • Importation, Distribution and Export of Vitamins • Import and Export of Fashion Accessories, Promotional items, Toiletries, and related items • Importation and local distribution of NISSIN Food products, including Biscuits, Cakes, etc. • Trading of Imported and local Goods on wholesale or retail basis, such as Garments, including personal, household and business items The registered office address of WMGI is in Manila, Philippines. Today, we are a competent supply chain partner and distributor of pharmaceutical excipients and active ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, nutritional raw materials and ready-to-market products. We supply to the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Food and Beverage Industries in the Philippines. We handle products with utmost care and attention, in accordance with the cGMP requirements of principals, customers, and government. Our facilities and vehicles are temperature and humidity controlled. Our storage facility is run by SAP Business One, eliminating errors and speeding up our accounting and management functions. The company has Logistics capability in both importing and exporting making us a very valuable partner to our principals and customers alike. WMGI sets its commercial trading area as worldwide. It has an initial authorized capital stock of 5 million pesos. The company’s charter, like those of all other Philippine corporations, was limited through a period of 50 years, but management projects a company that will continue to operate beyond this century.
