Qualimed was established in the year 1994 by 5 enterprising Filipinos, with vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In November 1994, Qualimed Pharma signed a distribution agreement with Korea United Pharm Inc. to be the Exclusive Marketing Arm of their Oncology products. Qualimed was formally incorporated in July 1999 and in August of the same year, it started its operation. From its initial sales in 2000, it has grown 2307% in 2017. With the addition of new products, the company is expected to surpass its growth in 2019.
